Winemaker's Notes:
Showing lifted florals of white citrus blossom, and fruits of freshly cut pears and granny smith apples. A flinty edge to the aromatics reveals further complexities.  Crunchy peach and Nashi pear drive the fruit line. Meal and hazelnut nuances provide support, while a subtle acid supports the full length.

Pairs Well With:
Poultry, pork, rich seafood and creamy dishes.

Winemaker's Notes:
Perfumes of red cherry and whole bunch violet lift provide a feminine prettiness. A more masculine structure of fine tannins and some gamey notes are complexed by strawberries and cream sweetness, campari elements and roasted almond. A wine showing power and persistence without effort.
