Winemaker's Notes:
A blend of 55% Sauvignon Blanc and 45% Semillon. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes exotic aromatics of gooseberry and grapefruit, while the Semillon provides the steely, minerally backbone of cutting acidity and pure citrus, which is balanced by the creamy texture from 100% barrel fermentation in seasoned French oak. A fresh and aromatic dry white that would partner perfectly with a range of seafood and white meat dishes.
