2018 Chardonnay

This 2018 Chardonnay was carefully prepared from premium fruit from the Hill block on the vineyard. The Yow Yow 2018 Chardonnay boasts structure and body, and yet a unique grace and smoothness, to create this delicious, golden wine.

Winemaker's Notes:
Elegant white nectarine and citrus characters, supported by subtle notes of oatmeal, hazelnut, and toasty oak, providing mid-palate generosity, softness and complexity. Picked on 27 February from our Hill block and fermented and matured for 11 months in French oak, of which 22% were new.

Pairs Well With:
Poultry, pork, rich seafood and creamy dishes.
